Elementary Teacher- Come be a part of The Tiger Way! Seeking a positive, dedicated individual with current knowledge of curriculum standards, strategies, and best-practices in the elementary setting. An individual who is reliable, builds relationships with students, staff, and community and is able to plan and present lessons to facilitate students' understanding and application of curriculum at the K-5 level. The teacher should be able to work closely with other teachers, as well as maintain the organization and management of the classroom setting. Knowledge of MTSS, interventions, Restorative Practices, and Positive Behavior Support strategies is desired. Candidates should meet “highly qualified” requirements for elementary teachers in the State of Michigan and have an elementary education certification, or be enrolled in a qualifying program.
