Elementary (K-5) Classroom Paraprofessional-For this full-time (5 days per week) position,
Gobles Public Schools is seeking an individual with education knowledge who is able to present
lessons to facilitate students' understanding and application of curriculum concepts at the K-5
level. The person should be able to work closely with classroom teachers and other staff in
delivering one-on-one and small group support and interventions, as well as monitoring student
progress and assisting with regular student assessment. Knowledge of MTSS, student
confidentiality, teaching interventions, and best practices is desirable. Candidates should meet
“highly qualified” requirements, and/or must pass the Praxis Parapro Assessment.
